Walk to School Wednesday
Forest Park will celebrate Stride Pride THIS WEDNESDAY morning as students and parents walk to school, then stay and enjoy refreshments, door prizes, and a short program. Walk to School day brings awareness to pedestrian safety, and also highlights community and neighborhood support for our school. If you live further than walking distance, many families park at Kroger on Polk or on Tyler Street and cross Cantrell at the corner of Tyler and Cantrell where our crossing guard is located. Don't forget to wear your ORANGE Stride Pride shirt OR your FP uniform.
Le Pops "Stride Pride Pop"
Stride Pride pops will be available at Le Pops THIS Wednesday. A portion of the sales will go to the Forest Park PTA, so it is a "sweet" way to support our school. Le Pops is a FP community partner and is owned and operated by a Forest Park family - Collier, Ashley, Tate and Grayton Anne East. A pop will really hit the spot after school - hope to see everyone there!
